Ricochet Skid Plates for Can-Am Renegade 500/800.  Can-Am (bombardier) claims their frame does not need skid plates, and it will slide and ski over obstacles; however, most owners agree skid plates are a must. This is one machine that skid plates are not an option, due to Can-Am's vulnerable frame design.

Ricochet's skid plates, made of strong but lightweight aluminum, have prevented more damaged engine cases and flattened frame tubes than all other manufacturers combined. They are easy to install, and the aluminum is thicker than most offerings out there. With protection from Ricochet's first rate quality skid plates, the Can-Am ATV rider should not incur any damage to his machine's undercarriage.
