Need to Return an Item? – No Problem! You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to TraderHank.com within 30 days of receipt.
You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number before Returning a Product.
Factory Defect or Error: Item must be returned by the customer within the first 30 days of invoice for full credit on the merchandise (minus freight charges), or customer may receive an original replacement shipment at no charge once item has been returned and received.
Customer Ordering Error: At the Discretion of TraderHank.com there may be a 25% or $25.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by TraderHank.com. We do not grant refunds on freight charges. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise returned must be in BRAND NEW condition. If you have used or installed the product, you may not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Sale of closeout items is final. You can only return DEFECTIVE closeout items.
To exchange an item, simply login to your account and go to Order History, select your invoice and then follow the steps for your return. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Then place a new order online at www.TraderHank.com for the new item(s).
All returns must include original tags, packaging and be shipped in an appropriate shipping box.
Return shipments which do not meet all above criteria will be refused and returned to sender.
Return Steps:
Step 1: Click Login to your access your account.
Step 2: Click on My Account and go to Order History.
Step 3: Select the invoice for the item you would like to return and then follow the steps for your return.
