These are cut from 3/16" 5052 H-32 aluminum — same material you see on serious off-road rigs. The guards are precision-shaped to fit your Grizzly without any gaps or loose spots, and aluminum won't rust out on you after a few muddy rides.
Powder coat color option
Want them black instead of bare aluminum? Add a black powder coat finish for $30. It'll make them look cleaner and add an extra layer of protection. Fair warning: going with the black coat means tacking on about 1–2 weeks to your ship time while we finish them up.
