Polaris Sportsman 570 Big Boss 6x6 Ricochet A-Arm/CV Boot Guards

Polaris Sportsman 570 6x6 Big Boss A-Arm Guards (2014–2026)

Your Polaris Sportsman 570 6x6 Big Boss takes a beating on the trail. Rocks, stumps, and debris hit your front and rear A-arms and CV boots constantly — and that's where damage happens fast. These guards are made to absorb those hits so your drivetrain doesn't have to.

Here's the thing: the 6x6 Big Boss isn't like the 4x4 Sportsman. You've got that middle axle and extra CV boots hanging out there, exposed to everything the trail throws at you. A standard 4x4 guard set won't cut it. These are built specifically for the 6x6 setup, so you get full coverage front to back where it counts.

What you're getting

• Front A-arm guards
• Two sets of rear A-arm and CV boot guards
• All the bolts and hardware you need to bolt it on

How they're built

These are stamped from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — solid stuff that handles the rigors of serious off-road riding year after year. If you've got a 2021–2026 model, you can also get them with a UHMW plastic overlay on top of the aluminum. That overlay takes the punishment from abrasion and sliding, so the aluminum underneath stays in better shape longer.

Color and finish

Want a clean, finished look? Add a black powder coat for $50. Fair warning: if you go that route, tack on an extra 1 to 2 weeks for shipping while the coat gets applied and cures.

Installation notes

Use blue Loctite on the bolts instead of anti-seize — it'll keep everything tight and locked down better where it matters.
