Polaris Sportsman 570 Big Boss 6x6 A-Arm Guards (2014–2026)
Your Big Boss 6x6 has more to protect than a standard 4x4. That middle axle and its CV boots sit right in the line of fire when you're picking your way through rocks, roots, and rough terrain. These A-arm guards cover the front and rear suspension components that take the real beating out there — the kind of damage that can wreck your whole trip or worse. Get both sets of guards plus all the bolts you need to bolt them on.

- Two sets of rear A-arm and CV boot guards (because the 6x6 has that extra middle axle to shield)
- Complete mounting hardware — everything you need to bolt it down
How They're Built
These are made from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum — thick enough to take the hits and tough enough to keep doing it year after year. If you've got a 2021–2026 model, you can also get them with a UHMW plastic overlay on top of the aluminum, which handles constant rubbing and scraping even better.
Finish Options
You can run them as-is, or add a black powder coat for $50. If you go with the powder coat, tack on 1 to 2 extra weeks for shipping while we get them finished and out the door.
Installation Note
Use blue Loctite on the bolts instead of anti-seize — it'll keep everything locked down tight and hold up better to vibration.
