Choose Your Material

3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum: Solid, proven material that handles impact well and won't weigh you down. This is what most riders go with.

3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW Overlay: If you're pushing harder and want extra damping when you hit things, the UHMW layer soaks up impacts better and glides over obstacles smoother than straight aluminum.

Black Powder Coat Option

You can add a black powder coat finish to make it look sharp and get an extra layer of corrosion protection. Two ways to go:

• Visible Package ($75): Black coat on the A-arm guards and front bash plate only
• Complete Package ($150): Everything gets coated—frame, bash plate, and all A-arm guards

If you pick powder coat, plan on waiting an extra 1 to 2 weeks for shipping while it gets done.
