These guards are cut from 3/16" 5052 H-32 aluminum — solid material that can take a real beating without denting or cracking easy.

Want to add a black powder coat to protect the aluminum and make it look finished? That'll run you an extra $50, but heads up — if you go that route, tack on another 1-2 weeks for shipping while the coating gets done.
