Assault Industries Polaris RZR PRO XP Aluminum Roof with Sunroof

If you spend time in the dunes, a roof that keeps the sun and sand off your head makes a huge difference. This aluminum roof for your Polaris RZR PRO XP does exactly that—it's built from 2mm aluminum to shed heat and weather, and it comes with a sunroof cut in the Assault Industries logo shape so you don't sacrifice visibility. The whole thing is topped with functional thrusters across the back that give it real presence on the trail.

What You're Getting

The roof itself is precision laser-cut and brake-pressed to sit flush against your machine with zero gaps. You get quality gaskets, brackets, and heavy-duty clamps that lock everything down tight—the sunroof won't rattle or leak even when you're pushing hard. The finish is UV-resistant powder coat, which means it'll hold up season after season without fading or peeling. The sunroof itself is tinted 1/4" polycarbonate, so you get light and shade at the same time.

Why Aluminum Works

Aluminum naturally sheds heat instead of absorbing it like some materials do, which keeps things cooler in the cab when you're out in direct sun. That tinted polycarbonate sunroof blocks UV while letting you see out, so you're not sitting in a dark box.

Those Thrusters

The rear thrusters aren't just for looks—they're actually a solid mounting point if you want to add light pods or other accessories down the road. They give the whole rig a more aggressive stance without getting in the way of function.
