This one fits Polaris RZR Trail 900 models from 2021 and newer, and it's made from thick 1/4-inch polycarbonate—the same tough material used in riot shields and aircraft windows. You get airflow where you need it without losing your sight line down the trail.
What You're Getting
The windshield comes with everything bolted on and ready to install. You'll get Assault Industries-branded aluminum clamps that lock everything down solid, and a dual-bulb seal that keeps water from seeping in around the edges. No mystery parts or missing hardware.
The Material
Quarter-inch polycarbonate is roughly 250 times tougher than standard glass and about 25 times stronger than acrylic. Flying rocks and branches won't crack or shatter it. SuperATV's XR Optic Hard Coating is bonded to both sides of the shield, which means the surface resists scratches from dust and debris so visibility stays clear. The coating also blocks UV rays, so it won't yellow or fade from sun exposure over time.
Airflow and Visibility
You're not sitting behind a full windshield—this is a half shield, so you still feel the air moving. The shape cuts down on buffeting without turning your cockpit into a wind tunnel.
