BMW R 1250 GS Adventure Aluminum Ricochet Crash Bar Engine Guards

These crash bar guards fit 2019-2023 BMW R 1250 GS Adventure models and do one job well — they shield the opening in your factory crash bar where the motor sits exposed. Without them, a rock, log, or hard hit in that gap can mean real damage to your engine cases. Ricochet makes these from solid aluminum to take the punishment your bike's going to face.

Note: These won't work with Touratech crash bars, so make sure you've got the stock BMW setup before ordering.

What You Get

The kit includes both left and right guards, all the bolts and fasteners you need to bolt them on, and adhesive foam weatherstripping to kill vibration noise once everything's mounted up.

Material & Build

They're made from .160" 5052 H-32 aluminum — thick enough to handle hits without flexing or cracking. Strong metal, straightforward construction.

Logo & Polish Choices

Pick your look: go with a Ricochet logo, a GS logo, or just plain with no logo at all.

You can also add a polished finish for an extra $20. With polishing, we smooth out the bend lines and scratches so they look cleaner and sharper — a nice touch if you're not going the powder coat route.

Black Powder Coat Option

Want them in black? Add a black powder coat finish for $30 extra. Fair warning: if you pick this option, tack on 1-2 weeks to your ship time while they get coated.
