The Build
It's made from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, 0.160 inches thick. The brackets holding it on are chromoly steel, which means they're over twice as strong as regular mild steel. You get a clear anodized finish right out of the box, which adds a layer of corrosion protection and keeps things looking clean.
Installation is straightforward
Thanks to that custom hardware, mounting takes just a few minutes. Everything lines up, everything fits tight, and you won't get any rattling once it's on. If you ever need to take it off, the fasteners come apart just as easy.
Finish options
It ships with a clear anodize as standard. If you want a black powder coat instead, we can do that for you—just add 1-2 weeks to your ship time. You can also get the aluminum surface ready for your own powder coat job at no extra charge.
