Can-Am Commander Extended Rear Trailing Arms

Adding 4 inches to your Commander's wheelbase opens up a whole new world on the trail. These extended rear trailing arms stretch out your machine's rear end, giving you better stability when climbing hills and letting you fit bigger rubber without fighting geometry. The longer wheelbase also means less stress on your drivetrain and tires since everything sits in better proportion.

What makes this setup work is that SuperATV designed these arms to keep your factory suspension angles intact—no tweaking, no weird wear patterns eating away at your axles and tires. Build quality matters too: these are laser-cut from heavy-duty steel and TIG welded solid, then finished with a tough powder coat. They come backed by a Lifetime Warranty because they're made to take a beating.

What You're Getting

The kit ships completely assembled with 10 bearings already installed and ready to bolt on. That includes 8 swing arm pivot bearings and 2 wheel bearings—roughly $380 worth of hardware that's already done for you. No hunting down shops to swap old bearings; just unbox and install.

Build and Materials

Each arm is modeled in CAD, TIG welded for strength, and powder coated to look clean while protecting against rust and wear. The engineering keeps everything aligned the way your Commander came from the factory, so you avoid the premature damage that comes from misalignment.

Tire and Suspension Sizing

Pair these with High Clearance Forward A-Arms and you'll fit 32-inch tires. Bump up to a 2.5 Lift Kit and those same A-Arms, and you can run 33s. For wheels 12 inches or smaller, you'll need a rear wheel spacer to clear everything properly.

These arms are designed to work with Rhino or Rhino 2.0 axles, which have the articulation and durability to handle the extended geometry without binding or breaking at full stretch.
