Can-Am Commander Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kit

Your steering linkage takes a beating on the trail, especially once you start running bigger tires and tackling rougher terrain. Stock tie rods wear out fast — sometimes sooner if you're pushing your Can-Am Commander hard. A worn or bent tie rod can leave you stranded or make steering unpredictable when you need it most. This heavy-duty tie rod kit is built to handle real abuse and keep your steering tight for years.

Built Tough From The Ground Up

The tie rods here are made from high-strength 4340 chromoly steel — the same material used in suspension and drivetrain parts because it won't snap under stress. The shaft is swaged (forged solid) in one piece instead of being welded, which means no weak joints. The tie rod ends are oversized and use misalignment bushings to absorb impacts and jolts that would wreck a stock setup. Everything's heat-treated to find the right balance between strength and durability.
