Can-Am Defender Aluminum Doors

These half doors bolt right onto your Can-Am Defender HD5 and do the job a full door would do — they block flying rocks, mud, and debris while you're working or out on the trail. Built from aluminum with a powder-coated finish, they're made to last and look sharp doing it.

What You're Getting

A matched pair of suicide-style doors that fit snug against your machine's body lines. The doors come with heavy-duty hinges that won't loosen up from constant opening and closing, plus a solid latch that keeps them exactly where you want them.

How They're Built

SuperATV started with 2 mm thick aluminum plates and welded them to 1" diameter tubing for real strength. Everything's finished in Wrinkle Black powder coat, which holds up to sun and regular use. The frame tubing follows your Defender's shape, and the aluminum curves to match the contours perfectly — no flat, out-of-place panels. The height sits just right so your arm rests naturally on top while you're driving.

Installation and Fit

The fit is tight enough that you won't hear rattles or creaks bouncing down the trail. The hinges are engineered to stop at full extension, so they won't get worn out from repeated use. Installation is straightforward — mounting holes line up where they should.
