Can-Am Defender Convertible Cab Enclosure Doors

Your Can-Am Defender HD5 works hard, and it needs doors that can handle whatever you throw at it. These convertible cab doors let you switch between full protection from wind and weather, a half-door setup for more breeze, or remove them entirely for an open-air feel. Whether you're working year-round or just cruising the trails, you get to choose how much coverage you want without buying multiple door sets.

The set includes a pair of convertible doors with a smart two-piece design. Each door comes with a sliding window built in so you can crack some fresh air without dropping the whole panel. You also get side-view mirrors mounted on each door, key-locking latches to keep things secure, and gas struts that hold the doors open and shut smoothly. Installation's straightforward—no special tools or welding required.

This is where these doors shine. Start with them fully closed for complete weather protection. When you want more airflow, slide open the window. Need even more ventilation? Unbolt the bottom section and unhook the gas strut, and you've got half doors. The upper half stays tall enough to block trail debris and wind, while the lower edge is perfect for resting your arm on. Want total openness? Pull them off completely.

SuperATV built these with a full-length bulb seal that runs the entire door edge, plus the gas struts pull everything tight against the frame. Result: no leaks, no rattles, just a solid seal. The doors themselves are scratch-resistant polycarbonate—tinted lightly so you can see out clearly while staying shielded. The material is 25 times tougher than acrylic and gets treated with an XR Optic Hard Coating that resists scratches, scuffs, and UV damage. Steel tube frames are powder-coated to resist rust.
