They give you 2 inches of rear offset, which means a longer wheelbase and clearance to fit tires up to 32 inches without rubbing. What You're Getting

The pair comes with 1.5-inch diameter DOM steel tubing with .138-inch thick walls—that's the real deal when it comes to strength. They're powder coated to resist rust and wear.
