Can-Am Maverick R MaxDrive Power Flip Windshield

Riding your Can-Am Maverick R shouldn't mean putting up with rain, wind, or sun glare in your face. This flip windshield changes that. You get three positions—fully open, fully closed, or stopped anywhere in between—so you can dial in exactly what you need while you're driving. Better yet, it's electric. Just hit the rocker switch on your dash and the windshield moves itself. No cranking handles or fumbling with latches at speed or on rough terrain.

What You're Getting

Everything ships ready to bolt on. Inside the box are the windshield, dual actuators, all mounting hardware, gaskets, and seals. Once it's installed and tightened down, those seals stop rattles and keep wind noise out of the cab.

Why Polycarbonate Matters

The windshield is made from tough polycarbonate—the same material used in aircraft windows. It's 25 times tougher than regular glass and shrugs off flying rocks, branches, and trail debris that would shatter or chip other windshields. SuperATV treats it with XR Optic Hard Coating, a protective layer that resists fine scratches and keeps the glass looking new through seasons of hard riding.

Tinted Upper Section

Sun beating down on you all day gets old fast. The top part of the windshield comes tinted to cut glare, working like a built-in visor. The lower section stays clear so your sight lines stay sharp and unobstructed.

Flip vs. Power Flip

You have two choices here. A manual flip windshield opens and closes by hand—simple and proven, but tougher to operate while moving or climbing. The MaxDrive Power Flip (this one) runs on electricity. Adjust it from your seat at any speed, and it locks solid once you find your spot. The trade-off is a bit more weight and some wiring to run, but if you like set-it-and-forget-it control, it's worth it.
