Can-Am Maverick Trail Scratch Resistant Flip Windshield

A flip windshield gives you real control over your ride's climate and visibility. Instead of being stuck with one setup all day, you can adjust on the fly—closed tight against cold or rain, cracked open for fresh air, or fully deployed when you want that open feeling. It's the kind of thing that sounds simple until you realize how much it changes your time on the trail.

What You're Getting

This windshield ships complete and ready to bolt on. You get a foam gasket and bulb seal that kill air leaks when it's closed, heavy-duty clamps, a metal cross-brace for zero rattle, and gas struts that hold the panel steady whether it's up or down. The latch is built to stay put through rough terrain, and everything's designed to work together without any play or movement.

The Material Matters

SuperATV builds these from 1/4" polycarbonate—the same stuff used where impact and clarity both matter. It's roughly 25 times harder than acrylic and 250 times tougher than glass, so it shrugs off flying rocks, branches, and the general beating trail riding dishes out. That toughness is why this material is the industry standard for windshields that actually last.

Scratch-Resistant Coating

Both sides get a hard XR Optic coating that resists scuffing and scraping. It also blocks UV rays, so you won't deal with yellowing, sun spots, or fading even after seasons of exposure. The coating keeps visibility sharp and the windshield looking good year after year.

Flip Up vs. Flip Down

Flip Up: Opens part way or all the way, lets you dial in airflow, and changes position without leaving your seat. Great for adjusting to weather or trail conditions on the fly.

Flip Down: Folds completely out of the way for full open-air feel. Uses a simpler hinge design, but you'll need to stop and get out to switch it.
