How They Work

The secret's in the combination. SuperATV builds these with a sturdy aluminum skeleton that takes the hits, while a half-inch-thick UHMW panel lines the underside. UHMW is smooth—I mean really smooth—so when you're grinding over rocks and logs, everything just slides instead of catching and tearing. The hardware sits flush, so there's nothing sticking out to snag on obstacles.

Construction Details

Each aluminum frame gets CNC laser cut for precision, then bent in a press to give it shape and strength. After that, they're powder coated to stand up to sun, mud, and constant abuse. The whole thing's designed to handle heavy hits without bending or tearing loose from your trailing arms. You're getting guards that look good and actually do the job.

What Fits What

These come in two sizes depending on your setup. The 64-inch guards fit your standard and XDS models from 2017 onward, plus the 900, XRC, and XMR variants starting in 2018. The 72-inch version is for your RS, XRC, and XMR machines with wider track widths, also 2017 and up (2020+ for the RR models). Check your year and trim to make sure you're grabbing the right one.
