If you're running an Outlander 1000 hard, rocks and logs are going to find your undercarriage. This complete protection kit bolts straight to your frame and gives you solid coverage from front to back — everything your machine needs to take a hit and keep going. It's built to fit your specific year, not some one-size-fits-all knockoff.
What You're Getting
The set includes a full frame skid plate, guards for both front and rear A-arms and CV boots, and floorboard protection on both sides. Everything comes with all the bolts and hardware you need — just grab a wrench and bolt it on.

- 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Tough, proven metal that handles serious trail use. Works for every year in the range.
- 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — The extra-tough combo. UHMW plastic layer soaks up impact better than aluminum alone. Available across all years.
Black Powder Coat — Optional Finish
Want it to look sharp instead of bare metal? We offer black powder coat as an add-on. Two ways to go:
- Visible Package $70: Black coat on the A-arm guards and front bash plate — the parts people actually see
- Complete Package $150: Everything gets black — frame, bash plate, A-arms, the whole deal
