Can-Am Outlander 6" Lift Kit (Gen 2)

A 6-inch lift kit opens up your Can-Am Outlander to serious terrain and massive rubber. This setup gives you the ground clearance, longer stance, and structural backbone you need to run bigger tires and tackle rougher country without worrying about your machine holding up.

What You Get

• A straight 6 inches of lift
• Room to fit tires up to 36 inches
• Wheelbase stretched by 5.5 inches for better balance
• Chromoly steel A-arms (1.25-inch tubing) and trailing arms (1.5-inch tubing)
• Extended Rhino Brand axles included
• Heavy-duty tie rods with gusseting and Z-bends

Built Tough Where It Counts

When you're pushing a quad hard, the suspension has to be built stronger than stock. The A-arms and trailing arms here are made from chromoly steel—the 1.25-inch and 1.5-inch tubing doesn't bend or flex when you're hammering on the throttle or landing jumps. The Rhino Brand axles are extended to handle full articulation without breaking, and the tie rods are beefed up with extra material where they need it most.

Ball Joint Options

You'll choose your ball joint setup when you order. SuperATV offers three levels depending on how hard you ride:

Keller Ball Joints — Two-piece design that threads onto your A-arms like a bolt. Built with chromoly steel studs and tool-steel bodies. Greaseable and rebuildable for long-term durability.

Heavy-Duty Ball Joints — Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. Can handle double the load of a factory ball joint. Includes accessible grease fittings and adjustable design for fine-tuning.

Super-Duty 300M Ball Joints — The strongest ball joint material available. 2.25 times stronger than stock. Steel-on-steel design with easy greasing and adjustability.

Note: If you don't pick pre-installed ball joints, you'll reuse your stock units. SuperATV can install Keller joints for free when ordered together.
