Your Outlander 850 takes a beating, and so does everything underneath it. Rocks, logs, stumps, and hard landings can tear up your frame, A-arms, and CV boots in a hurry. This complete protection set bolts right on and shields your machine's vulnerable undercarriage from front to back. It's built specifically for your year and model—not some one-size-fits-all generic kit—so everything lines up perfectly and does its job.

For 2025–2026 models: You also get standalone left and right floorboard guards for total underside coverage. On 2012–2024 models, the frame skid already has floorboard protection built in.

• 3/16" Aluminum — Lightweight, tough, and proven on the trail. Works for any year.
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Adds extra plastic for shock absorption when you're really going for it. Available across all model years.

Black Powder Coat Options

Want a finished look instead of bare metal? You can add a black powder coat that actually looks sharp and holds up to the elements. It takes a couple extra weeks to ship, but you get a real polished finish.

• Visible Package — $70: Coats the A-arm guards and front bash plate (2012–2024), or A-arm guards and floorboard skids (2025–2026)—the pieces you actually see.
• Complete Package — $150: Everything gets the black powder coat treatment—frame skid, bash plate, A-arm guards, and floorboards.

If you order with powder coat, plan on an extra 1 to 2 weeks before it ships your way.
