Can-Am Outlander 850 MAX Complete Skid Plate & Guard Set (2013–2026)

Your Outlander 850 MAX is ready to tackle rough terrain, and it needs real protection underneath. Ricochet's complete skid plate and guard system shields your frame, A-arms, CV boots, and floorboards with tough 3/16" aluminum that stands up to rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else you hit. Everything fits your year without cutting or drilling — just bolt it down and ride.

What You Get

• Full-length frame skid plate
• Front and rear A-arm guards plus CV boot protection
• Left and right floorboard guards
• All bolts, brackets, and hardware ready to install

Important: On 2013–2024 models, floorboard coverage is built into the frame skid plate itself. For 2025–2026, you get separate left and right floorboard guards that snap in place for full undercarriage protection.

Aluminum Options

Two material choices depending on your riding style:

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid protection, proven on the trail, available for all years
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Thicker impact-absorbing layer for serious bashers, works with any model year

Black Powder Coat Finish

Want a finished look instead of bare metal? Add a black powder coat to your guards and plates. You've got two tiers:

• Visible Package, $70 — Black coat on the A-arm and floorboard guards (the parts people see)
• Complete Package, $150 — Everything gets the black treatment: bash plate, A-arms, and all frame skids

If you order with powder coat, tack on 1 to 2 extra weeks for shipping while we finish it up.
