Your Outlander MAX XT 1000R takes a beating out there, and your undercarriage needs real protection to keep up. Ricochet's complete skid plate and guard set wraps your frame, A-arms, CV boots, and floorboards in solid 3/16" aluminum that stands up to rocks, logs, stumps, and whatever else the trail throws at you. Everything fits perfectly on your year and model — no cutting, no welding, no headaches. Just bolt it on and ride.

What You Get

• One-piece frame skid plate
• Front and rear A-arm guards with CV boot coverage
• Left and right floorboard guards (note: 2016–2024 models have floorboard protection built into the frame skid; 2025–2026 gets separate guards)
• All bolts and hardware you need — nothing else to buy

Pick Your Material

Two solid options depending on how hard you ride:

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Tough and proven in the field. Works on all model years.
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Extra impact resistance for riders pushing past normal limits. Available for all years.

Add Black Powder Coat If You Want

Bare metal works fine, but if you want your skids to look as tough as they are, add a black powder coat finish. Two ways to go about it:

• Visible Package $70: Black coat on the A-arm and floorboard guards — the parts people actually see
• Complete Package $150: Everything gets the black treatment: frame skid, A-arms, and guards all matching
