Your Outlander MAX XT 850 takes a beating on the trail, and the undercarriage is where it all shows. Rocks, logs, stumps, and ruts will tear into your bash plate, frame, A-arms, and floorboards if they're not protected. This complete Ricochet skid plate and guard set wraps everything in solid 3/16" aluminum that stands up to the punishment. It bolts straight on with no cutting, drilling, or fitment hassles — just mount it and ride.

• Floorboard guards (left and right on 2025–2026; built into frame skid on 2016–2024)

Two Material Options

3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum: This is the straightforward choice — tough aluminum that handles trail abuse and keeps your undercarriage safe. Works for any year in the range.

3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW: If you're running gnarly terrain, this combo adds a layer of ultra-high-molecular-weight plastic on top. It soaks up impacts better and gives you extra insurance against big hits. Available for all model years.

Add Black Powder Coat If You Want

The standard finish is bare aluminum, but you can add a sleek black powder coat. It looks sharp and holds up just as well as the metal underneath.

• Visible Package — $70: Black coat on the A-arm guards and floorboards (the parts you see)
• Complete Package — $150: Black coat on everything — bash plate, A-arms, frame, the whole setup

If you choose powder coat, expect an extra 1 to 2 weeks on top of normal shipping time.
