Your Renegade X xc 1000R is built to go places most machines won't. Rocks, logs, stumps, and rough terrain are all part of the adventure — but they're also threats to your undercarriage. This Ricochet skid plate and guard set takes those hits so your engine, transmission, and suspension components stay safe. Everything bolts on in under an hour and comes with all the hardware you need.

What You're Getting

2012–2020 Models include:

• Full frame skid plate with front bash plate
• Front and rear A-arm guards plus CV boot protection
• Left and right floorboard guards
• Complete bolt-on kit with all fasteners

2021–2026 Models include:

• Front and rear A-arm guards with CV boot coverage
• Floorboard guards for both sides
• Rear skid plate
• Full mounting hardware included

Why the 2021–2026 Setup Is Different

Can-Am equipped the newer Renegade X xc 1000R with a factory aluminum belly pan that's 3/16" thick — exactly what our skid plates are made from. Rather than telling you to rip it out and swap it for ours, we built this kit to work alongside what you've already got. You skip the removal work, keep costs down, and still get full protection everywhere else. No factory pan removal needed — just add our guards and skids and you're done.

Material Options

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid, time-tested, and ready for hard use on any model year.
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Pairs aluminum protection with a tough plastic layer that slides over rocks and roots without catching, for riders who push harder and need extra shock absorption.

Black Powder Coat Finish (Optional)

If you want your skids to look as tough as they perform, add a black powder coat. It's a tough, long-lasting finish that stands out on the trail. Two ways to go about it:

• Visible Pieces — $75: Black coat on the A-arm guards and front bash plate (the parts everyone sees)
• Everything — $150: All components get the black treatment, including frame skids and bash plate

If you order powder coat, add 1 to 2 weeks to your ship time.
