Can-Am Renegade 5" Lift Kit

If you're running a Can-Am Renegade and want real ground clearance to fit 32-inch tires, this 5 lift kit is what you need. A bigger tire setup demands more than just taller springs—you need suspension geometry that actually works with the extra height. This kit gives you that, along with the longer wheelbase and stronger arms to keep everything stable when you're pushing hard on rough terrain.

The package includes a matched set of high-clearance A-arms up front and offset trailing arms in back, both built from chromoly steel. You also get a set of extended Rhino 2.0 Axles to handle the extra stress, heavy-duty tie rods, longer brake lines, and all the bolts and instructions you need. Ball joints aren't included—you can reuse your stock ones, or order a heavy-duty or 300M upgrade to swap in when the kit ships (SuperATV offers free installation of ball joints ordered this way if you want to skip that hassle).

The front A-arms start with 1.25-inch chromoly steel tubing, while the rear trailing arms use 1.5-inch tubing—that's what handles the real-world punishment on rocks and ruts. The geometry is designed to give you exactly 5 inches of lift, stretch your wheelbase out by 5.5 inches, and give you another 5 inches of ground clearance so those 32-inch tires actually clear the body and suspension when you're articulating.

You've got three choices here:

• Heavy-duty units: Hardened 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating, grease zerks, and adjustable design. Lab testing shows they handle roughly twice the load of stock joints.
• Super-Duty 300M: Premium 300M-grade steel with steel-on-steel construction, greaseable and adjustable. About 2.25 times stronger than OEM.
• Keller Ball Joints: Two-piece design that threads on like a nut and bolt—no snap ring to worry about. Chromoly studs and tool-steel bodies, fully greaseable and rebuildable.
