This complete protection package wraps everything from the frame down to your floorboards in tough aluminum armor. It bolts straight on with no cutting, no fitting hassles, just solid coverage that lets you ride hard without worrying about what's underneath.

Material Options
Two ways to build your protection setup, depending on how hard you ride:
- 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum — Solid, proven material. Works for all years in this range.
- 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW — Adds an ultra-high-molecular-weight plastic layer for better sliding over rocks and obstacles. Available for 2012–2020 models.
Black Powder Coat Finish
You can skip the bare metal look and go with a black powder coat instead. Looks meaner and keeps things from rusting. Two options depending on how much coverage you want:
- Visible Package $75: Black coat on the bash plate and A-arm guards — the parts people actually see
- Complete Package $150: Everything gets the black treatment — frame, bash plate, A-arms, and guards all matched
If you go with the powder coat, tack on another 1 to 2 weeks for shipping and finishing.
