Hitting the trails in your CFMOTO UForce 1000 means dealing with dust clouds, flying rocks, branches whipping at your face, and all kinds of trail spray. A full windshield keeps all that stuff out of your way so you can actually see and breathe while you're out there. This one's built from 1/4" hard-coated polycarbonate—the same material that protects aircraft windows—so it won't crack or shatter when trail debris smacks into it.
What You're Getting
You get the windshield itself with the bulb seal already installed (so you skip one of the most annoying assembly steps). Installation uses simple clamps and brackets that bolt right on—no special tools needed. The whole job takes maybe 20 minutes. It's made right here in Madison, Indiana and cut to fit the shape of your machine exactly, so there's no rattle or gap where dust sneaks back in.
The Material
That 1/4" polycarbonate is roughly 250 times tougher than regular glass and way stiffer than acrylic. SuperATV pairs it with their XR Optic hard coating, which handles scratches better than you'd expect from trail use. The coating also blocks UV so it won't yellow, fade, or get sun spots over time. Rain, snow, branches, flying rocks—this thing shrugs it all off.
