CFMOTO ZForce 500 Scratch Resistant Full Windshield

This full windshield for your CFMOTO ZForce 500 sits in front of the cab and takes the beating so you don't have to. It's built from 1/4" hard-coated polycarbonate—the real deal when it comes to impact resistance and durability.

Why Polycarbonate Works

Polycarbonate is roughly 25 times tougher than acrylic and 250 times stronger than standard glass. That means it won't crack or shatter from flying rocks, trail debris, or branches whipping at you during a hard ride. It's the material choice that actually holds up to abuse year after year.

The Coating Makes All The Difference

Both sides come treated with a hard coating that resists scratches and scuff marks. You can wipe it down and it stays clear—no cloudy streaks or hazy buildup from repeated cleaning. The same coating also blocks UV damage, so it won't yellow or fade even after seasons of sun exposure.

Fit and Installation

This windshield is made specifically for your ZForce 500, so it bolts up without gaps or rattling. A bulb seal runs the full length where it meets the frame, and heavy-duty clamps lock everything down tight. Setup takes just a bit of time, and you can remove it just as easily when you need to.
