Material Choices
You've got two ways to go here. Straight aluminum gives you solid protection that's tough as nails. If you want something even more durable in high-wear spots, add the UHMW layer—it's a thicker plastic-like material bonded to the aluminum that really holds up where things slide and scrape.
- 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum
- 3/16" aluminum with 1/4" UHMW wear layer
Black Powder Coat Finish
Want a slick blacked-out look? You can add a protective black powder coat. We've got two options—just the visible front pieces ($70), or go full coverage and coat everything including the frame ($150). If you choose powder coat, tack on an extra 1-2 weeks for shipping.
