Polaris Sportsman 570 6x6 Big Boss Full Frame Skid Plate & A-Arm Guard Set (2025-2026)
A 6x6 machine tackles terrain that'll tear up a standard ATV, which means your undercarriage takes a real beating from rocks, logs, ruts, and whatever else the trail throws at you. This Ricochet skid plate and guard set wraps your Sportsman 570 6x6 Big Boss in aluminum protection where it counts most — including rear A-arm guards and a rear frame section that most basic kits don't touch. Bolt it on and stop worrying about frame damage.

Pick Your Material
3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum
Light, strong, and proven on thousands of trails. This is the standard choice for most riders.
3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Polyethylene
The tough option. UHMW is slippery — your rig just slides over rocks instead of hanging up on them. It also soaks up harder impacts way better than aluminum alone. Go this route if you're pushing your machine to its limit.
Add Wheel-Well Coverage
Want your whole underside locked down? Grab our separate UHMW wheel-well guards (SKU: 866-WW) to seal off the wheel wells and keep mud and rocks from sneaking past. They bolt straight to the floorboard guards in this set — won't work without them though.
Black Powder Coat Options
Powder coat gives your guards that finished look to match your machine. Two ways to go:
- Visible pieces only — front bash plate and A-arm guards in black powder coat, adds $90
- Everything — front bash plate, A-arm guards, and frame skids all coated, adds $180
If you choose powder coat, tack on 1-2 extra weeks for shipping.
