Pick Your Material
You've got two choices depending on how hard you ride:
- 3/16" Aluminum (SKU: 863FB): Solid, proven steel on the trail, and it'll take the hits
- 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW (SKU: 863FB-P): Adds a thick layer of ultra-high-molecular-weight plastic underneath for riders who bash through rocks and logs without slowing down. Way more absorption, way tougher
Black Powder Coat Option
Want them finished in black instead of bare metal? Add $30 and your guards ship with a tough, glossy black coating that looks sharp and resists corrosion. Heads up — black powder coat takes an extra 1 to 2 weeks to ship since they've gotta be coated and cured.
