Description
This full coverage skid plate set is built for your Honda TRX250X (2009–2026) to shield the undercarriage from the rocks, logs, and debris that come with serious off-road riding. It's the only kit that lets you add optional wheel well guards for extra side protection where impacts tend to happen.
What You're Getting
The set includes a frame skid plate, A-arm guards, and a swing arm guard. You can also order optional wheel well guards separately if you want them. Hand guards aren't part of this package—those are sold on their own. A lot of guys pair this with our wheel well liners to build out a complete footwell area and get even more protection wrapped around the sides.
How It's Built
You've got two material choices here. The standard setup is 5052 H-32 aluminum—it's strong, won't rust, and holds up to years of abuse. If you want maximum impact resistance, go with the ¼" UHMW plastic bonded to aluminum. That plastic layer takes the hard hits and slides smoothly over rocks without hanging up.
Finish Choices
By default, it ships raw and ready for you to coat however you want. If you'd rather have us handle it, add the black powder coat finish for $40—that gives you a tough, clean look. Just know that if you choose the powder coat, add another 1–2 weeks to your shipping time.
