Material Options

• 3/16" 5052-H32 Aluminum: Solid, proven metal that takes hits and keeps working. Most riders go this route.
• 3/16" Aluminum + 1/4" UHMW Overlay: Adds a tougher plastic layer on top for extra cushion when you're bouncing off big obstacles.

Want it to look sharp instead of shiny aluminum? You can get a black powder coat finish. Two ways to do it:
