The Ricochet skid plate for your Gas Gas EC 250 (2021-2025) sits underneath and takes the hits that rocks, logs, and stumps would otherwise throw at your bike's undercarriage. It's a solid chunk of aluminum that does one job really well—keep the expensive stuff underneath safe while you're out there riding hard.
What You're Getting
One skid plate made from 5052 H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, .160 inch thick. It comes with heavy-duty brackets and all the hardware you need to bolt it on—no drilling, no tapping into the frame. Just bolt it down and go ride. The clear anodize finish that comes standard gives it a clean look and an extra layer of protection against the elements.
Installation
This thing bolts on without any fussing around. The brackets and hardware are made to work together without needing to modify your bike. If you've bolted on an aftermarket part before, you'll have no trouble with this one.
About The Finish
Your skid ships with a clear anodize on it. If you want to go with a black powder coat instead, Ricochet can do that for you—add some time to your order though (plan on an extra week or two). You can also have the surface prepped and ready if you want to powder coat it yourself at no extra charge.
