The Material

We use 5052-H32 aircraft-grade aluminum, which is what you need for serious trail work. It's tough but not overkill — at 0.160" thick, it handles hits without adding bulk. The clear anodized finish comes standard and gives you a solid protective layer that'll last through season after season.

Installation

Our proprietary bracket design lets you skip the drill and tap work entirely. Just position it, bolt it down, and tighten. Everything stays solid with zero rattle, and if you ever need to pull it off, the whole thing comes apart just as easy.
