The Material

These are made from 3/16" 5052-H32 aluminum. That's thick enough to handle serious impacts without denting easily, and aluminum won't rust out like steel. Everything is CNC-cut and bent to fit your Grizzly just right — no grinding or trimming needed. Made in the USA.

Black Powder Coat Option

You can add a black powder coat finish for $100. It covers the bash plate, A-arm guards, floorboards, and frame skids with a tough, good-looking black finish. The trade-off is that powder coating takes extra time — plan on waiting an extra 1–2 weeks for it to ship if you go that route.
