Material Options

Pick the protection level that fits your style:

• 3/16" Aluminum — solid, proven protection
• 3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW overlay — adds a plastic layer on top for extra slide-and-glide action
• 3/8" UHMW and Aluminum A-Arms — thicker plastic guards on the A-arms for maximum absorption

Black Powder Coat Finish

Want everything looking clean and finished in black? You can add powder coat to your set. Just know it'll add 1-2 weeks to when your parts ship out, and it's only available in black.

Here's the breakdown: The front bash plate comes black powder coated for free no matter what you choose. If you go with the 3/8" UHMW option and want the A-arm guards coated too, that's an extra $50. For the aluminum and aluminum-with-overlay kits, you've got two routes:

• Visible ($150): We coat the front bash, A-arm guards, and rock sliders. If you picked the UHMW overlay, just the A-arms get coated.
• Complete ($200): Everything gets the black powder coat — front bash, A-arm guards, rock sliders, and frame skids.
