Honda Pioneer 1000-5 Convertible Cab Enclosure Doors

Weather moves in fast on the trail, and you're nowhere near shelter. These convertible cab doors for your Honda Pioneer 1000-5 let you stay comfortable no matter what the sky throws at you. Built with tough polycarbonate and a smart two-piece design, they flip between a full protective door and an open half door in minutes—or come off completely when you want maximum airflow.

The genius here is that you're not locked into one configuration. Start the day with full doors keeping out wind, rain, and trail dust. As things warm up or you want more breeze, unbolt the bottom section and unhook the gas strut to drop down to half doors. The frame sits at just the right height so you can rest your arm on it while staying shielded from rocks and branches. Want it even more open? Take the doors off entirely and stash them.

SuperATV used a lightly-tinted polycarbonate that handles real off-road abuse. It's 25 times tougher than acrylic and 250 times stronger than glass, which means it won't shatter from flying rocks or brush. The panels also get a proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating that resists scratches and UV damage. The frame itself is powder-coated steel tubing, so the whole assembly stays solid season after season.
