Honda Pioneer 1000-6 Convertible Cab Enclosure Doors

Bad weather shouldn't wreck your plans to get out there. These convertible cab doors let you control what comes in and what stays out—open them up on nice days or seal them tight when the rain rolls in. The doors lock down solid with a full-length bulb seal and gas struts that hold everything snug against your frame, so you won't hear rattling or find water leaking inside. The tinted polycarbonate also shields you from UV rays while you're riding.

The real trick here is flexibility. You can run full doors for complete weather protection, drop down to half doors if you want some airflow but still need coverage, or pull the lower sections off entirely for an open cab feel. To switch it up, you just unbolt the bottom part and unhook the gas strut. The half doors sit low enough that you can rest your arm on the sill without getting sprayed with mud and rocks.

These doors take a beating on rough trails, so we built them tough. SuperATV makes them from lightly-tinted polycarbonate that's 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times tougher than acrylic. We coat it with an XR Optic Hard Coating to resist UV damage and scratches. The frame is steel tubing with a powder-coat finish, so it won't rust or wear out quickly.
