Honda Pioneer 1000 6" Lift Kit

Going deeper into mud and tackling steeper terrain means you need more ground clearance. This 6" lift kit gets your Pioneer 1000 higher off the ground so rocks, logs, and rough trail features won't catch your undercarriage. You'll also be able to fit bigger tires and handle more aggressive suspension angles without worrying about constant adjustments or premature wear.

What You're Getting

This kit comes fully loaded. Inside the box you'll find front and rear lift brackets, four quality axles (your choice of two options), front and rear A-arms, UHMW bushings for the A-arms, extended Z-bend tie rods with heavy-duty ends and ball sockets, longer brake lines, and all the bolts and instructions you need to bolt it together.

Beefier A-Arms Built for Real Use

The high-clearance A-arms are made from Chromoly tube that runs 25% thicker than the stock pieces. Hand-welded together and shaped with a dual-bend design, they give you nearly 18" of total clearance. That means your Pioneer sits taller and clears obstacles that would otherwise catch you. Better still, the arms have adjustable camber blocks built in, so if you go with larger tires or want to fine-tune your handling, you can dial it in. They come set to factory specs out of the box.

Two Axle Choices

You get two choices here. The standard Rhino Brand axles are built from 4340 Chromoly steel—tough material that gives you strength without unnecessary weight. They're packed with synthetic grease to keep the CV joints cool through hard riding.

Step up to Rhino 2.0 if you want serious durability. These are twice as strong as stock and handle suspension angles over 40° without overheating. They're precision-made and ready to run straight out of the box with no break-in needed. SuperATV backs them with an 18-month warranty.
