Honda Pioneer 1000 Atlas Pro 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

Running stock A-arms limits what your Pioneer can do. You're stuck with less ground clearance, narrower tire options, and a wheelbase that doesn't inspire confidence on rough terrain. The Atlas Pro A-Arms swap all that out. They sit taller, let you fit bigger 31" tires without a lift kit, and give your machine a longer, more stable stance on technical trails and rocky climbs.

Bigger arms, real difference

These aren't just cosmetic. Atlas Pro A-arms are 0.5" thicker than what Honda bolts on from the factory—and a quarter-inch larger than our standard high-clearance arms. That extra beef means they're built to handle the kind of abuse rocky terrain throws at them. A UV-resistant powder coat keeps rust from eating away at them season after season, so you're not fighting corrosion while you're out pushing limits.

Extra clearance where you need it

You get an additional 1.5" of ground clearance. That's the difference between dragging a skid plate on a boulder and rolling over it cleanly. The extended wheelbase that comes with the offset design steadies you on uneven ground, and the whole setup clears the way to run those 31" tires without stacking a lift underneath your machine.

Adjustable camber keeps tires straight

Both arms ship with fully adjustable pivot blocks set to factory specs, so you can bolt them on without fussing. If you've already upgraded suspension or tires elsewhere, you can dial in your camber to stop premature tire wear. Took care of that headache so one part works with whatever else you've done to your rig.

Ball joint options

You can order these arms with or without ball joints pre-installed by SuperATV. If you skip that, you'll need to reuse your stock ones.

Keller ball joints: Two-piece design threads on like a bolt—no snap ring to worry about. Chromoly steel stud and tool-steel body stand up to bigger machines and bigger tires. They're greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them turning smooth.

Heavy-duty ball joints: Built from a hardened 4340 VAR steel blend with zinc plating. Field and lab testing shows they handle double the load of OEM joints. Come with easy-access grease zerks and adjustable construction.

One pair of Atlas Pro A-arms (left and right), fully adjustable pivot blocks, and your choice of ball joint option or instructions to reuse stock pieces.
