Honda Pioneer 1000 High Clearance Forward 1.5" Offset A-Arms

Nobody wants to cut a ride short because something broke. Stock A-arms can only take so much punishment before they give up, leaving you stranded. These heavy-duty control arms are built to handle the real world—rocky terrain, tree stumps, washboard trails, and everything else that gets thrown at them. With tubing that's 25% thicker than factory pieces, you get an arm that actually stands up to abuse and keeps your suspension working day after day.

The design also throws in 1.5" of extra ground clearance and a forward offset that extends your wheelbase. That means better handling over rough ground, the ability to run bigger tires without a lift, and more room to clear obstacles. You'll also get adjustable camber control so you can dial in exactly what your rig needs.

What You're Getting

Each set comes ready to bolt on. SuperATV includes UHMW bushings—self-lubricating pieces that stay smooth no matter how much you ride them. They're virtually frictionless and need almost no maintenance.

You also have two choices for ball joints:

• Heavy-Duty Option: 4340 VAR steel with zinc plating. The adjustable housing lets you dial in the right stiffness, and it's fully greaseable for long-term durability.
• Keller Option: Two-piece chromoly design that threads on like a nut and bolt—no snap ring to worry about popping loose. Advanced tool-steel body with a high-quality stud, greaseable and rebuildable.

If you don't pick pre-installed ball joints, you'll reuse your factory ones.

Build and Materials

The arms start with 1.25" diameter tubing—a quarter thicker than stock. After fabrication, they're powder coated for rust protection and a clean look. Adjustable pivot blocks come included, pre-set to factory specs, so you can either leave them alone or tweak your camber angle if you need to dial things in differently after adding tires or changing your setup.

Fitment and Service
