Honda Pioneer 1000 High Clearance Forward 1.5" Offset A-Arms

Your Honda Pioneer 1000 deserves suspension parts that can handle real trail abuse. When you're out on the rocks and through the rough stuff, stock A-arms don't cut it—one hard hit and you're done for the day. SuperATV's High Clearance 1.5 Forward Offset A-Arms are built with 25% thicker tubing than what Honda bolts on from the factory, so they actually stand up to the punishment. You'll notice better grip over broken terrain and get the ability to dial in your camber to suit your setup.

What You're Getting

These arms give you an extra 1.5 inches of ground clearance, which means you'll clear rocks and logs that used to hang you up. The 1.5 forward offset moves the ball joint forward, stretching your wheelbase for better balance on obstacles. That same offset also lets you fit bigger rubber without needing a full lift kit. The tubing comes powder-coated to fight rust and wear, and you get UHMW bushings included—they're self-lubricating and basically maintenance-free, so they just get smoother the more you use them.

Adjustable Pivot Blocks

The arms come with adjustable pivot blocks so you can fine-tune your camber whenever you want. This saves your tires from the premature wear that sometimes happens when you add bigger tires or suspension changes. They come pre-set to stock specs out of the box, so you don't have to touch them unless you want to experiment.

Ball Joint Options

You get two choices here. SuperATV's heavy-duty ball joints use 4340 VAR steel and are zinc-plated for strength. They've got an adjustable housing so you can keep the feel consistent even after years of riding, and they're greaseable for easy maintenance. Keller Ball Joints are the other option—they use a two-piece design with chromoly steel studs that thread on like a bolt, making them nearly impossible to separate. Both are greaseable and built to last.

Important Notes

• Pioneer 1000 and Pioneer 1000-5 Limited Edition models need Rhino 2.0 axles to work with these arms.
• Won't fit Trail models when used with a lift kit.
• You may need wheel spacers if you're running 12-inch wheels.
• Using offset A-arms with a 3-inch lift kit requires Rhino Brand Axles—stock axles will bind up.
