Pick Your Material
3/16" Aluminum — solid, tough, and ready to go straight out of the box.
3/16" Aluminum with 1/4" UHMW layered on top — adds extra sliding protection where you need it most, especially on those rock sliders.
Powder Coat Finish (Optional)
Want it in black instead of bare metal? You can add a black powder coat finish for extra corrosion resistance. Keep in mind: if you go this route, tack on an extra 1-2 weeks for it to ship. You've got two choices on how much to coat:
Visible pieces only ($150) — front bash plate, A-arm guards, and rock sliders get the black finish.
Complete coverage ($200) — everything gets coated, including the frame skids and all the guards.
