Honda Pioneer 520 Full Skid Plate

Your Honda Pioneer 520 takes a beating every time you head out on the trail. Rocks, branches, and rough terrain constantly threaten the undercarriage, and a factory skid plate just won't cut it when you're pushing hard. This full skid plate protects everything underneath from front to back, so you can tackle obstacles without worrying about damage to your machine.

Built to Last Through Countless Rides

We made this skid plate from 1/2" thick ARMW—that's SuperATV's proprietary UHMW blend. It's incredibly tough and resists impact really well. The material has low wear characteristics, so it'll keep looking and performing good even after years of abuse. We even added drain ports so mud and water wash out easily instead of getting trapped underneath.

Slides Right Over Trail Obstacles

A stock skid plate will catch on rocks and logs, digging in and stopping your momentum. This one's different. The slick ARMW material combined with countersunk hardware that sits flush means you can glide over jagged boulders and sticky deadfall without getting hung up or damaged. The design just lets you keep moving.

Made for Your Pioneer 520

We cut this skid plate in-house using CNC precision, so it fits your Honda like it came from the factory. The interlocking design locks everything down more securely than generic options. Installation is straightforward with full-color instructions included—you'll be done in your garage and back on the trails fast.
