Description
Weather shouldn't stop you from getting out on the trails. This flip windshield for your Honda Pioneer 520 lets you adjust protection on the fly—seal it shut for full coverage, crack it open for airflow, or flip it all the way up when you want an open ride. You get real versatility instead of being stuck with one fixed setup.
What You're Getting
The windshield is built from 1/4" polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant hard coat, so it handles branches, flying rocks, and trail debris without clouding up or breaking. Heavy-duty clamps and a full-length rubber seal around the edges keep it locked in place and stop air and moisture from sneaking through. Gas struts hold the panel so it won't bounce or flop open when you're beating through rough terrain.
The Material
Polycarbonate is roughly 250 times stronger than plain glass, but it weighs way less. SuperATV uses 1/4" thickness here—thick enough to take abuse without being so heavy it's a pain to move around. The XR Optic Hard Coating isn't just a gimmick; it actually resists scratches from your cleaning cloth, branches, and everyday wear. It's also UV-resistant, so the panel won't yellow or fade even with constant sun exposure.
