How It Works

The windshield uses heavy-duty electronic actuators that won't sag or collapse even when you're driving hard over rough ground. Everything comes partially assembled, so you're not spending hours on installation. A solid seal around the edges keeps dust and debris from sneaking in and stops any rattling while you ride. The Polycarbonate Shell

We built this out of polycarbonate because it actually stands up to real use. It's 250 times tougher than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic, which means flying rocks and branches won't shatter it. The material also comes treated with XR Optic Hard Coating—a protective layer that resists scratching and keeps the windshield from yellowing or getting cloudy over time. After years of sun and trail abuse, it'll still look as clear as the day you installed it.
