Honda Talon 1000-4 Hard Cab Enclosure Upper Doors

Bad weather doesn't have to ruin your ride. Rain, cold, mud, and flying debris can make a day out pretty miserable—but these upper doors solve that problem. They bolt right onto your Honda Talon 1000-4 and seal up the cab so you stay dry and warm while you're out on the trail. When the sun comes back out and the weather clears, you can pull them off just as easily. The package also includes a pair of bolt-on side mirrors so you've got good visibility in every direction.

How They Seal

What keeps these doors from leaking and rattling is a system of bulb seals that run along the edges, creating a tight, flush fit against your machine. There's also a hinged flap on the door frame that lets you swing both doors open wide enough to reach the latches without a struggle. It's a small detail that makes life way easier when you're getting in and out or doing maintenance.

The Polycarbonate Shell

The doors are made from 1/4-inch scratch-resistant polycarbonate—the same tough material you'll find on commercial protective shields. It's about 250 times harder than regular glass, so branches, rocks, and trail debris won't leave you with a cracked or cloudy windshield. SuperATV adds their XR Optic Hard Coating on top, which is a clear protective layer that fights UV damage and keeps scratches at bay. The tint is light enough that you won't have visibility problems, but dark enough to resist yellowing or fading over time.

Finishing Your Enclosure

These doors pair well with a rear polycarbonate windshield (sold separately) if you want complete cab coverage. The rear window uses the same heavy-duty 1/4-inch polycarbonate and gives you extra protection and comfort on long rides.
