Description
Riding year-round means dealing with whatever weather gets thrown at you. This flip windshield lets you stay comfortable no matter the conditions—close it tight when rain hits, crack it open on hot days, or vent it partway for a breeze. Your Honda Talon gets real protection without forcing you to choose between comfort and capability.
What You Get
The windshield ships fully assembled. A full-length foam gasket and bulb seal run the entire perimeter, creating a seal that actually holds. Nothing rattles, nothing leaks air when closed. Just clamp it down, bolt it on, and you're ready to hit the trail.
Polycarbonate That Takes a Beating
This isn't glass—it's scratch-resistant polycarbonate that's 250 times tougher. Branches, rocks, trail debris—none of it cracks this material. SuperATV applies their proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating on both sides to keep the clarity sharp for years. The coating also locks out UV damage, so you won't see sun spots or yellowing even after long stretches in direct sunlight.
Flip vs. Fixed—Which One?
Flip windshields give you maximum flexibility. Closed, you get full coverage. Open, you get that open-air feel. You can switch between them in seconds as conditions change. They're slightly heavier and have a few more moving parts to think about.
Vented full windshields stay put but let air flow through built-in vents. They're simpler (fewer hinges, fewer latches), work with wipers and washers, and stay stable at speed. You don't get quite as much airflow as a flip when you really open things up.
