Honda Talon 1000 Full Windshield

Your Honda Talon 1000 takes a beating on the trail—mud, rocks, branches, and whatever else you throw at it. A good windshield keeps all that stuff from hitting you and your passenger while you're out there having fun. This full windshield is made from 1/4" polycarbonate, a material that's seriously tough and way more durable than what Honda puts on from the factory.

What You're Getting

The windshield comes ready to bolt on. It has a full-length bulb seal already installed around the edges, which means no rattling and no wind or rain sneaking through gaps. Installation is straightforward—no special tools or tricks needed. You can also take it off easily when you want an open-air ride.

Why Polycarbonate Matters

Polycarbonate is 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times tougher than acrylic, but it stays lightweight so it won't bog down your machine. When rocks kick up or branches whip at you, this material absorbs the hit without shattering. It's what you need for real off-road abuse.

Hard-Coated or Standard

You've got two choices here. The hard-coated option—SuperATV's proprietary XR Optic Hard Coating—resists scratches and UV damage way better. Both sides are coated, so it stays clear after muddy runs and won't yellow or get sunspots from riding in bright sun. The coating also makes cleanup easier; dust and sand don't leave swirl marks. Go with hard-coated if you ride a lot or in tough conditions.

The standard (uncoated) windshield costs less and has the same strength, but it scratches more easily and takes careful cleaning to keep looking good. Pick this one if budget is tight and you're riding gentler terrain.
